Getting a post graduation degree after your graduation or after a few years of work experience is nowadays almost a given. Having said this, most people prefer employing an MBA due to their expertise in managing operations, sales, marketing and finance. This is suitable for most jobs, but most students interested in Finance face an uphill task in grasping the industry realities once they start working. This allows students to be exposed to the industry and its business in a classroom and lets them develop the skills needed to succeed.
